By acquiring La Compagnie Hyperactive within the framework of a sale mandate entrusted to Crescendo Finance, Cartégie has acquired one of the leading communication agencies in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. The agency was created 15 years ago, consists of 35 employees, has a turnover of €4 million, and offices in Bordeaux, Niort and Paris, and combines marketing, communication and digital consulting. The data brick has now been added.
According to the Gironde-based group “unlike advertising agencies, which today have data expertise, Cartégie has chosen to add the creative skills of La Compagnie Hyperactive to its data expertise” . The agency is thus taking the trend in the other direction. It has existed for more than 30 years, employs around 100 people and currently capitalizes on data relating to 11 million French companies and 45 million consumer profiles. Providing services to brands and companies in the context of their customer issues (conquest, activation…), Cartégie is present in Bruges, near Bordeaux, Paris, Strasbourg and Niort for a turnover of 18 m€.
