Led by two digital natives, Alexandre Folman and Yoann Roussel, Crescendo Finance has been advising Tech Small-Cap companies (5 to 100m in enterprise value) since 2013 in their corporate finance operations: sale/acquisition, fundraising (debt and capital) and capital transmission (LBO and its variants such as MBO, OBO, MBI,…).
