Capteo is taken over by one of its co-founder.

The strategy consulting firm aimed at 11 million euros in income is taken over by one of its co-founder after his partner retired.

There was change in Capeto leadership. This firm that has never worked with investors since it was founded in 2005 followed Cresendo’s advice and appoints Richard Teuscher, one of its co-founder, as leader. After his partner Joël Robiteau retired, he then owned 100% of the shares. This transaction is supported by senior debt raised from a banking pool consisting of Société Générale and Bpifrance.

With 75 employees, the strategy consulting firm has relied on references such as Amundi Asset Management, BNP Paribas, Groupama, HSBC and Société Générale to build up a portfolio of more than thirty clients from banks, management companies, asset managers and finance banks.

Capteo has notably developed sectoral expertise such as financial markets, corporate finance, asset and securities management or private banking, but also functional expertise such as positioning or digital transformation. In 2019, the firm, which has had an annual growth of 20%, is projects revenues of 11 million euros.
