Mexico becomes Audensiel’s first non-European location. And it is through a stake in a Spanish company that the digital business transformation group signs this entry into this Latin American market. It has thus just entered the capital of Cognodata, a Madrid-based company active in the optimization of business processes via AI, also established in Mexico since 2010. Audensiel is therefore increasing its international profile, while it was already present in Spain. (in Barcelona), Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, in addition to its 12 tricolor offices. Still controlled by its founder and its associates, it signs this operation a few months after the arrival of Sagard in minority in its turn of the table on the occasion of a new buy-out, which also mobilized Capza – shareholder since 2019. Already counting on a hundred million euros in turnover for this year, it adds an additional €13 million with Cognodata. Finally, it is strengthening its business vertical oriented towards artificial intelligence and data.
