Koesio strengthens its position in Normandy and Haut-de-France through the acquisition of iT telecom operator and integrator OneOperateur.

A long-standing player in the Rouen region, with its own core network, OneOperateur offers a comprehensive catalog of solutions to over 1,600 small and medium-sized business customers. Its offering includes on-premise telephony solutions (Alcatel IPBX) and cloud solutions (in-house centerx platform), broadband and ultra-broadband links, mobile telephony, MPLS corporate networks and iT solutions.

OneOperateur generates sales of €9m, with a team of 40 employees based in Rouen and Levallois-Perret.

This new acquisition enables Koesio Nord-Ouest to pursue its strategy of developing its Telecom and iT offering. The Koesio group generates sales of over 1.3 billion in document management, printing, IT and management solutions.
