Freeland is continuing its build-up strategy. The service platform for the self-employed, backed since 2023 by MML Capital, has acquired 100% of the shares in digital services company (ESN) Asénium. The transaction, managed by investment bank Crescendo, is financed by bank debt. Franck Bedoucha, founder and sole shareholder of Asenium with his family, is reinvesting in Freeland’s holding company and will continue to work for the group.
