The digital transformation specialist Blue Soft is continuing its strategy of regional reinforcement with the acquisition of the expert Projetlys. Projetlys was founded in 2006 in Lyon, where the company has opened a Microsoft usage centre and now guides companies, local authorities and healthcare establishments in their use of Microsoft solutions. With nearly 90 employees and three agencies located in Lyon, Paris and Aix-en-Provence, Projetlys has acquired solid experience in collaborative uses and the cloud. The company will achieve a turnover of €9m in 2019. It has recognised expertise in the two Microsoft clouds: Azure and Microsoft 365 (security, desktop and collaboration). Projetlys has proved to be a key actor in France (more than 300 technological certifications) by developing a privileged relationship with the Redmond firm, which elected it Partner of the Year for France in 2015.
Its client portfolio includes listed companies (April Technologies and Cegid) and others such as ECA Assurances, Bandai Namco, Allizé Plasturgie and Seqens, as well as health players (Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire des Hautes-Pyrénées, GIP CPage, Centre Hospitalier Le Vinatier, CHU de Nice, APHP) and several local authorities such as the Eure department and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
This new acquisition, which is highly strategic for the Blue Soft group, suggests a number of synergies in terms of continued regional growth, particularly in the economic areas of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and the South of France, as both IT services companies have teams in Lyon. It also suggests synergies in the development of technological expertise, particularly in the area of collaborative teams and new generation Azure infrastructure. Blue Soft was founded in 2008 and combines business experience and technological expertise to provide a global approach to digital transformation. The group has three complementary divisions: Data, Digital and Risk Management. With nearly 720 employees and more than 160 clients, the group will achieve €70m in business volume in 2019.
