Through this eighth external growth operation, the Voip Télécom group is strengthening its strategy of winning market share by expanding its range of offerings designed to convert its customers’ traditional telephony infrastructures to unified communication and collaborative work solutions.
As a new-generation telecom operator for businesses, specializing in unified telephony technologies hosted in the cloud (fixed and mobile convergence, SMS/chat, video, conferencing, etc.), the group will close its 2019 fiscal year with €70 million in revenues, with a customer base of 10,000 (large accounts, government agencies, small and medium-sized businesses) and a workforce of 380 people spread across its agencies in the Paris region, Normandy, Lyon, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Montpellier, Beauvais and Lille.
