Through the acquisition of Supporter Intégration & Services (S.I.S), a subsidiary of the Supporter Group, the Interway Group has completed a horizontal external growth operation that will enable it to strengthen its commercial and operational position. S.I.S was founded by François Lambert and operates in the same business sectors as the Interway Group. It provides support, OSS andstaff delegation services to major French companies, including RICOH, Labeyrie, Longchamp, Remy Cointreau, etc. With 85 employees and a turnover of €4.2 million, S.I.S. has a support center in Bordeaux where the S.I.S. employees will remain.

Interway has a turnover of €41 million and a workforce of 450 employees. Its technological offer is composed of network, security, wifi and electronic payment solutions. Its services include technical support for users, operation of IT infrastructures, supervision, administration of systems, networks and IT security, and maintenance in operational conditions of central systems and infrastructures, workstations and payment systems.
