Stanfeel Conseil was founded in 2006 by Edouard Peltier and Krystel Fituque and is a Parisian consulting firm specialized in Business Continuity Planning and information systems security. As a reference in its field, it provides services on a contract or fixed-price basis, in project management assistance, data center urbanization and crisis management. Thanks to a staff of thirty experts, Stanfeel Conseil achieves a turnover of €5m for a clientele of mainly large banking accounts.
As it was eager to reach a critical size, Stanfeel Conseil entrusted an exclusive sale mandate to Crescendo Finance in order to define a merger strategy in line with its expectations. Major market actors were quickly identified, including Blue Soft Group, whose takeover bid was finally selected.
Blue Soft Group is an NSE with 400 employees and a turnover of €50m. It is also referenced by the main banking and insurance principals and has branches in the Paris region, Toulouse, Lyon, Geneva and Lausanne. The company is directed by Thierry Boccara and Ludovic Hayat and is positioned in project management, innovative developments, infrastructure, IT production and Big Data.
