Crescendo Finance advises the operator Senso Télécom in its sale to the VOIP Télécom group
Senso Télécom was founded in 2007 by Didier Kerloch and Michel Sebis who are pioneers in the telecommunications sector. Senso Télécom is a Paris-based operator of telecoms services and new generation networks, with an annual turnover of €6m. With a team of seven employees and its own technical architecture of direct interconnections with the main actors in the market (including a double redundant interconnection with high availability with France Telecom), the company is positioned to maximise the administration of convergent and unified telecoms services, through packaged or customised solutions for large accounts, SMEs and local authorities, whether they are single or multi-site.

Senso Télécom’s shareholders have exclusively mandated Crescendo Finance to carry out its strategy to acquire a telecom operator that would take the company into new markets. Following a competitive process led by Crescendo Finance, the takeover offer from the operator VOIP Télécom was selected. The operator VOIP Télécom offers a complete range of new VOIP Cloud technologies (fixed telephony, mobile and data) for 60,000 user licences, mainly SMEs. A specialist in voice over IP solutions since 2000, the group acquired by William Binet in 2014 (former CEO of SCT Telecom) provides number portability and customer care in 50 countries. The company has nine sales offices in France and now has four of its own data centres (Sophia Antipolis, Paris Telehouse 2, Nanterre and Saint Denis).
