Sale of TSI to Blue Soft

Through the acquisition of software testing specialist TSI Consulting, Blue Soft strengthens its software quality offering.

Made up of 60 consultants based in Paris, TSI Consulting is a pure-play software testing firm, exclusively focused on front-end and back-end testing, QA automation, QA consulting, QA project management, no-code automation solutions, product management, and QA Factory services.

To address the strong growth of the test automation market, driven by the increasing adoption of Agile and DevOps methodologies, the integration of AI and machine learning into testing tools, the growing complexity of applications and hybrid IT environments, and increasingly demanding regulatory requirements (NIS2, the AI Act, and RGAA), founders Salomon Elgozi and Gabriel Hamou appointed Crescendo Finance to support them in their search for a strategic partner.

The process ultimately led to a combination with Blue Soft, a digital transformation consulting group employing 900 professionals across Paris, regional offices in France, and Switzerland. Blue Soft operates across cloud, infrastructure, consulting, agile development, UX/UI, and Microsoft solutions.
