Kitchen and laundry services integrator G3 joins the Henco group.

Based in Seine-et-Marne, Bordeaux and Lyon, G3 is a supplier of services and equipment for professional kitchens and laundries, with additional offerings in tableware, bio-waste and coffee. The group comprises three entities – G3 Concept, G3 Services and CG Concept – and records consolidated sales of €35m with 75 employees.

Founded in 1983, HENCO specializes in the layout, installation and maintenance of large professional kitchens and refrigeration equipment.

With this major acquisition, the company continues its strategy of external growth, marking its third operation in this field, which now enables it to cover the entire lifecycle of professional equipment, from design to maintenance.

Through the acquisition of G3, Henco increased its sales from €8m to over €40m, and brought in BNP Dev and BpiFrance as minority shareholders, who financed the operation in addition to senior debt.
