Within the framework of an acquisition mandate entrusted to the investment bank Crescendo Finance, NODYA Group has acquired Consultake, a consulting firm with 40 employees based in Levallois Perret. Consultake’s offer revolves around three departments

• Digital transformation (business IS, ERP, CRM, new digital uses),
• IT Management (IT outsourcing strategy, compliance, contract & software asset management, service delivery management),
• IT Technology (optimisation of IT data centre, LAN, telephony, videoconferencing, digital signage, IPTV, IoT; digital workplace)
