Founded in 2017 by Jérôme GARDIN, Mandarine Solutions is a Paris-based IT services company (ESN) with more than 60 consultants specializing in application production and systems & network infrastructure. The company serves a portfolio of major clients across the banking, media, luxury, insurance, and industrial sectors.

Through this strategic acquisition, representing nearly €7 million in revenue, Mitem France Group, led by David TEMAN, reaffirms its build-up ambitions in France and its goal of becoming a leading market player.

Founded in 2022, Mitem brings together several complementary IT consulting firms, including Effixio, Convergence Consulting, ICC, Itheis, SmartTower, Feniix, Mitem AI, and Mitem Portage. The group offers expertise in consulting, data & AI, project delivery, and the management of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud environments.
