The Building Renovation Specialist ERAH Joins Batibig’s Industry Consolidation Platform

ERAH is a 22-employee construction company specializing in the fast-growing building renovation market. Based in Clamart, the company operates throughout the Paris region and delivers large-scale projects, primarily in façade renovation, interior painting, and masonry. In 2024, ERAH generated revenue of €8.5 million.

Its client base mainly consists of major public and institutional organizations, as well as property management companies, including the City of Boulogne, RIVP, Paris Habitat, Elogie Siemp, and Immobilière 3F.

Batibig positions itself as a one-stop shop for all finishing trades. A leading player in multi-technical maintenance and building renovation, the group is backed by Siparex and EMZ and has completed dozens of acquisitions across the Paris region, Rhône-Alpes, and Southern France.

The group brings together more than fifty specialist companies focused on the renovation of condominium buildings, office properties, and residential assets, generating over €300 million in revenue and employing more than 1,500 people.
