Through the acquisition of SaaS solution provider Fastmag (owned by its founder Serge Chelli and the investment fund Ciclad), DL Software has strengthened its retail division with an offering that is highly complementary to that of its subsidiary Ginkoia. Fastmag’s omnichannel and multisupport solution offers an unrivalled functional scope. Its business modules meet all the needs of its wholesale and retail customers: inventory optimization, logistics, point-of-sale management and digitalization, e-commerce, commercial and accounting management, sales analysis, customer relationship management and clienteling.
Originally dedicated to the fashion and apparel sector, Fastmag’s positioning has gradually expanded to other specialized retail segments: home furnishings, cosmetics, sports, shoes, household appliances and corners in supermarkets, representing a strong potential for opening new outlets. Deployed in more than 4,000 points of sale in France and abroad, notably in the United States, for more than 10,000 users, the solution is acclaimed by its customers for its rich functionality, ease of use and speed of implementation. It has more than 900 customers, including Sushi Shop, La Redoute, Yves Delorme and Tommy Hilfiger. With 36 employees, the company had €5m in revenues in 2016 and a normative Ebitda of nearly €2m.
This acquisition was fully financed from DL Software’s cash on hand. Fastmag will be included in the group’s scope of consolidation as of March, 1, 2017. DL Software offers an integrated global solution covering all of its customers’ IT needs. The company is also a publisher of business software for SMEs and one of France’s leading management software publishers in this segment.
