Rivage lays the foundation of its buy-and-build strategy through the acquisition of Infoclip, a specialist in managed cloud and cybersecurity services.
Founded in 1989 by Éric Melki and Laurent Azoulay, Infoclip is a leading managed services provider covering the full digital value chain of its clients. The company offers MSP (Managed Services Provider) solutions for proactive IT and cloud management, MSSP (Managed Security Services Provider) services focused on cyber threat protection, as well as software integration solutions in the fields of management, finance, payroll, and human resources.
ISO 27001 and HDS certified, the company employs 24 people and generates €8.3 million in revenue, more than 70% of which is recurring. Infoclip operates its own sovereign hosting infrastructure and serves a portfolio of 500 SME and mid-sized clients across France.
Advised on the acquisition by investment bank Crescendo Finance, Rivage acquired 93.94% of Infoclip’s share capital through a public buyout offer on Euronext Access Paris.
Founded less than a year ago by Adrien Bonnet (formerly Lazard and Bank of America) and Edouard Rousseau (formerly Darktrace and Riot), Rivage is backed by Belgian investment fund Strada Partners with a €50 million commitment. The group’s ambition is to build a leading French platform in managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and software integration.
Edouard Rousseau and Adrien Bonnet commented:
“Our goal is to become the leading managed services and cybersecurity provider for French SMEs and mid-sized companies, reaching €100 million in revenue by 2030. We aim to build an alliance of entrepreneurs based on this model. The founders are selling their shares while reinvesting in the group and maintaining genuine autonomy in the company’s future development. Welcoming Eric and Laurent, who are highly respected experts in their field, is an exceptional launchpad for Rivage and a strong endorsement of the strength of our project.”
