IT service comapny Clariteam, a €3.4 million company specializing in the management and performance of information systems, joins the KMSI group to form a group of 110 experts. KMSI Services is an ESN specializing in infrastructure, DevOps, and IS outsourcing. It has acquired Clariteam to complement and enrich its services in application performance monitoring and improvement, SD-WAN, and infrastructure management. Within the KMSI group, which consists of 110 engineers and consultants, the new entity, which includes KMSI Services and Clariteam, operates under the Clariteam brand. The complementary nature of their expertise and shared corporate values are the foundations of this merger.
