Arcatem was founded in 2008 in Paris by Miguel De Oliveira and Nicolas Guilany. It is a fast-growing IT service company with 75 consultants that supports large accounts and SMEs in the industrial, banking and telecom sectors in optimizing their network architecture and information system security projects. Its services are deployed around consulting, audit, operation, architecture, LAN/WAN infrastructure engineering, security, systems and virtual environments.
The company, which has a turnover of €7.5m, operates in complex and technologically diversified environments. To do so, it relies on market-leading solutions provided by recognized publishers and manufacturers, which enable it to deliver expertise at the cutting edge of current developments.
In order to further accelerate its development, Arcatem has exclusively mandated Crescendo Finance to advise it in its merger operation. The strategy and positioning of the Artemys group (formerly Permis Informatique) very quickly attracted Arcatem’s managers, who saw an obvious opportunity to create an independent group of 450 employees, capable of assisting a host of clients throughout the entire life cycle of their IT problems.
For 25 years, the Artemys group, headed by Laurent Taieb, Boris Gunther and Eric Porte and made up of Amontech, Brocelia and Artemys Normandie, has been offering a range of high value-added services, representing €32m in business volume: digital transformation, End User Services, architecture & infrastructure, BI & Big Data, MOA, MOE.
