As part of its strategic refocusing, Anywr divests its IT services activities, representing €17 million in revenue.
Backed by Naxicap and Eurazeo, Anywr is an international mobility specialist headquartered in Northern France. For more than ten years, the company has supported organizations and their employees with relocation, immigration, Employer of Record (EOR), and tax-related services.
The group employs 200 people and operates across 12 countries on four continents.
As part of a sell-side mandate entrusted to Crescendo Finance, Anywr completed the carve-out of its non-core digital transformation consulting activities, which were acquired by Mitem Group. Through this acquisition, Mitem establishes a presence in Northern France while significantly strengthening its position in the retail sector.
Based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Mitem brings together several complementary IT services companies under the leadership of CEO David Teman. The group is expected to generate €40 million in business volume in 2025 through entities including Effixio, Convergence Consulting, ICC, Itheis, SmartTower, Feniix, Mitem AI, and Mitem Portage. Its expertise spans consulting, Data & AI, project delivery, and the management of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud environments.
