IREM France raises private debt from investment fund Tertium

IREM France is based in Bouches-du-Rhône, France, and specializes in general commercial and industrial electricity. It generates sales of over €21m. Since 2004, IREM France has been supporting its customers in their electrical installation, maintenance and repair projects, as well as in bringing their electrical networks up to standard. IREM France also specializes in air-conditioning installation for companies, and provides air-conditioning maintenance and repairs for professionals.

TERTIUM is an independent, AMF-approved private equity fund management company. Since its creation in 2012 in Marseille, it has specialized in growth capital and buyout capital operations, on medium-sized companies in the greater south-east of France. Its unit investments are currently between €2 and €7 million per deal.
