OneOperateur is a long-standing player in the Rouen region, with sales of €9m and 1,600 customers. Its acquisition will contribute to Koesio’s target of €100m in telecoms revenues by the end of its current financial year.

On 21 December, Koesio completed its acquisition of telecoms and IT operator and integrator OneOperateur. Based in Rouen, OneOperateur is a subsidiary of the Joon group, which also owns the leaser Axialease. The acquisition, backed by investment bank Crescendo Finance, strengthens the presence of Koesio’s telecoms business in both Normandy and Hauts-de-France. It also brings the group an additional €9m in sales and some forty new employees.

OneOperateur is a long-established player in the Rouen region, with its own core network. The company offers its solutions to more than 1,600 VSEs and SMEs. Its catalogue includes on-premise (Alcatel IPBX) and cloud (its own centrex platform) telephony solutions, broadband and ultra-broadband links, mobile telephony, MPLS corporate networks and IT solutions.

The telecoms sector is a key focus of Koesio’s external growth strategy. By the end of the current financial year, the group should have increased its total telecoms revenues to €100m, compared with half that figure in the previous financial year.
