As part of an acquisition mandate entrusted to the investment bank Crescendo Finance, NODYA Group has acquired JSI Groupe, a Paris-based integrator of Microsoft CRM & BI solutions with around fifty employees.

NODYA Group was founded by Mickael Slama and Bruno Zagnoni in 2011, and is a fast-growing IT service company (+350% since its creation) that supports its large and mid-market clients in digital transformation, BI, Big Data & Data Science and digital marketing & business applications projects. Based in Paris, Lyon, Aix-en-Provence and Nantes, the group deploys its know-how through two flagship brands, Aydon Digital Technologies (services) and Digglerz Factory (AI software, R&D Lab).
