DUNASYS, a Nanterre-based IT services company, was founded in 2007 by Michel DURAN, the current director. The company specialises in industrial embedded software and electronic systems for major accounts in the automotive, railway, aeronautical, naval and military sectors. It is constantly growing and had a turnover of €4m in 2014. Its workforce, mainly made up of R&D doctors, engineers and technicians, is divided between its offices in Nanterre, Tunis and Shanghai.
Within the framework of a sale mandate entrusted exclusively to Crescendo Finance, DUNASYS wished to divest itself of its services activities (contracting and fixed price) in favour of its booming products division. Wishing to devote itself solely to the development of software specialising in embedded networks, the offer to take over INTITEK’s services business was accepted by DUNASYS’ shareholders.
With 500 employees and a turnover of over €25m in 2014, INTITEK-which is based in Lyon- has completed five external growth operations in four years. INTITEK is a leading technology consultancy firm that works with referenced by the main French and international contractors and has five business lines: consulting, information systems, process engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial IT and embedded systems.
