ESN Reactis strengthens its position in the Paris region with the acquisition of Agylis.

Founded in 2005 by Stéphane Muller and Pascal Salducci, Agylis is an ESN with 120 data and digital experts based in Paris, Nantes, Villeurbanne and Montreal. It generates 10m in sales and 10% EBITDA.

With a presence in 5 countries, the Reactis group generates sales of over €50m through its three core businesses – Services, Digital Factory and Consulting.
