The burr, hopper and chamber lift out for cleaning, so the Tempo wipes down in seconds and the ceramic burr lasts for years.
- Rinse the washable parts: The catch jar, hopper and ceramic burr pop out and rinse clean under the tap. The ceramic burr never rusts, so a quick wash keeps oils from building up.
- No water on the motor: Wipe the plastic top section with a damp cloth, but never submerge it. The motor housing is the one part that stays dry.
- Charge every few weeks: Even if unused, the battery holds longer when cycled occasionally. Plug in overnight, unplug in the morning.
