Sab's Le Gin 500ml

First off, best to mention that this is not a London Dry style in the least but rather a bright and lifted style of botanical forward gin. The nose open with delicate aromas of juniper berries, ginger, almond, some orange peel, mixed flowers, and delicate spices. The palate has a wonderful sense of texture from its base of grapes with a nice soft palate that shows quite pretty botanicals. This would make a great gimlet or a 50/50 martini with a good vermouth.
