Coffee Info:

Origin: Gayo Highlands

Elevation: 1300-1800 meters

Varieties: Ateng (P88) and some Tim-Tim

Process: Wet Hulled

Light Roast

Flavor:

Herbal, earthy, and woody notes with hints of fresh tobacco and cedar.

Acidity:

Mild, but with a bright citrus or green apple-like tang.

Body:

Medium, slightly syrupy.

Aftertaste:

Clean, with lingering herbal and floral undertones.

Medium Roast

Flavor:

Earthy and spicy, with notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and hints of sweet pipe tobacco.

Acidity:

Balanced, with a mellow fruitiness (think dark cherry or plum).

Body:

Full-bodied and creamy.

Aftertaste:

Smooth, with a lingering sweetness and hints of dark cocoa.

Dark Roast

Flavor:

Deep, rich notes of dark chocolate, smoky cedar, and toasted nuts, with subtle hints of spice (clove or black pepper).
