10th Birthday Series No.4! We’ve teamed up with some of our industry pals to brew a series of birthday collab beers - this one is slightly different, as it’s celebrating where Elusive all began, home brewing! For the fourth beer in this series, we went back to our roots and invited Andy's old home brewing club down to brew! Being fearless and not afraid to push boundaries, they opted to brew a massive Barley Wine using some lovely heritage malt varieties - Chevallier and floor malted Maris Otter. We paired these with English hops and an old English yeast strain to brew this decadent and comforting beer.
