Named in honor of Labid al Ameri, co-owner of Domaine Bousquet, this flagship wine is a captivating Malbec-dominant blend enhanced by Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot. These additional grape varietals impart intricate layers, transforming this wine from the 'expected' to the 'exciting.'

Produced in limited quantities of only 500 cases, and exclusively in the finest vintages, this exceptional blend sources its grapes—only the choicest clusters—from a single vineyard situated at an elevation of 4,125 feet, the highest point of the estate. These grapes, the final ones to be harvested, are meticulously hand-selected at the end of April. A meticulous four-day cold maceration follows to extract the rich flavors that have been gradually developing. After a 14-day fermentation in oak barrels with specially chosen yeasts, a 20-day maceration period, and malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in French oak for a total of 16 months.
