• Produced in San Miguel Atlapulco, Puebla, Mexico • Maestros Mezcaleros Balbino & Sergio Salas • 100% Tequilana (Agave tequilana) • Cooked in a conical earthen oven • Milled by hand using wooden mallet and canoa in addition to a small mechanical grinder • Fermented with ambient yeast and spring water in stainless steel tanks • Distilled twice using traditional copper pot stills • Caramel, lactic, baking spice, roasted peppers, fresh apple, citrus, kiwi • 45.5% ABV (Alcohol may vary batch to batch) The agave known around the world for tequila is here produced by the Salas family in the historic methods of mezcal in the southern state of Puebla.
