The alcohol is derived from estate-grown Cinsault grape and Obeidi, which are meticulously blended with fresh Anise to create a distinctive flavor. This exquisite spirit is then processed in a hundred-year-old cellar and matured for 5 years in traditional old clay jars, allowing it to develop its unique character. Its production has been uninterrupted since 1868, showcasing a commitment to quality and tradition.
