La Torbata è nata nel 2003 ed è stata la prima birra torbata brassata nella storia italiana.
È caratterizzata da un colore ambrato chiaro e da una schiuma beige fine e generosa. Il suo profumo presenta evidenti note affumicate, seguite da sentori più complessi di cuoio, tabacco e frutta secca. Il sapore intenso, arricchito dalle dolci note del miele (castagno o melata) e della frutta sciroppata, risulta sorprendentemente morbido al palato.
