1792 Small Batch Bourbon is a distinctly different bourbon created with precise craftsmanship from 1792's signature "high rye" recipe and the marriage of select barrels carefully chosen by Master Distiller Tom Spring.
Barton 1792 Distillery was established in 1879 and continues today as the oldest fully-operating Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Situated in the heart of bourbon country on 196 acres, the distillery boasts 29 barrel ageing warehouses and 22 other buildings, including an impressive still house.
Nose: Rye spice, vanilla, and caramel.
Palate: Creamy mouthfeel with more complexity. Aromas carry through to the palate but with much more presence.
Finish: Rye spice, vanilla, and caramel from beginning to end. Medium length finish leaves you wanting more.
